Shipping policy

All items are custom made to order (normally within 3-5 days) and we are aware that you would like to receive your item as fast as possible which we aim to achieve. We use some of the most recognised and dependable delivery companies to deliver our products across the UK on 1-3 day services.

Please be aware that deliveries particularly to offshore post codes can take several days longer to arrive at their destination and please be advised that additional courier fees will be applied to postal areas including Ireland - The Scottish Highlands and Islands - Chanel Islands.

On dispatch of your order, you will receive the full tracking information detailing the courier being used to complete your parcel delivery. If you have not received your tracking information after 5 days please contact us at help@click-carmats.co.uk for our assistance.
