Refund policy

 We accept returns for any unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in a new unused condition how it was dispatched from ourselves. This does not apply to products that are customised; products that trim colour has been changed from the default colour: Black Mat/Black Trim - Blue Mat/Blue Trim etc or if you have chosen to add a heel pad as an extra option, these products can no longer be cancelled or returned.

If your item has not been customised, you are welcome to cancel your order at any time but please be aware if we have already shipped the item you will be responsible for the return postage cost.

We will only refund the return carriage cost if:
We have supplied a faulty item (We may ask you to provide pictures showing any faults).

The item received does not fit your vehicle/model (We may ask you to provide additional vehicle/model information/pictures) to check the DVLA database to confirm the model fitment.

The item supplied does not match your original order details.

To return your item, we will require proof of purchase with your unique order reference number.

Please note that some vehicle models have several fixing options as per our listing images. We have fitted the correct fixing system applicable, however, there can be occasions when alternative fixings are required which we can send to you without the need to return if there is a fixing system issue. Please also be aware that the colour of the item you receive may not be exactly as shown in our colour illustrations as these can vary due to individual brightness and contrast of your computer/pad or phone settings.
